Her in-depth experience with counseling and organizational development allows her to give quality, customized care to our clients. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and is an SPHR Certified professional.

Cathy makes it her mission to take care of our clients and help ensure they have a great experience. She handles the phone call schedule, client inquiries, and provides administrative support to virtual workshops.

Applying her Master’s Degree in Professional Writing, Karin works with Roz to develop and deliver stellar virtual training. Her knack for wordsmithing and attention to detail are second to none.
